This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences under Sections 302/34 IPC.

Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

The allegation in the F.I.R. is that due to a land dispute, a meeting was convened. This petitioner also attended the meeting.
