CMP No.18926 of 2025 By way of this application, as prayer has been made for release of the award amount lying in the respective shares of applicants/respondents No.1 to 4, namely, Param Jeet Kaur, Mandeep Kuar, Hardeep Kaur and Harveer Singh in FAO No.57 of 2017 along with FAO No.91 of 2017 decided by this Court on 10.04.2025. Mr. Vivek Negi, Advocate, learned counsel for the non- applicant/appellant, has stated, on instructions, that the judgment passed by this Court on 10.04.2025 in FAO No.57 of 2017 and FAO No.91 of 2017 has attained finality. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Proportionate amount of award falling to the respective shares of the applicants/respondents No.1 to 4, namely, Param Jeet Kaur, Mandeep Kuar, Hardeep Kaur and Harveer Singh is ordered to be released in their favour along with proportionate up-to-date interest accrued thereon by remitting the same to their respective bank accounts as detailed in para-4 of the application, after due verification.
