Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record. 2. Parties are represented, excepting the alleged contemnor No. 3. 3. Learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor No. 2 submits that in terms of Court’s order dated May 14, 2025, the alleged contemnor No. 2 has already taken steps for hearing and after conclusion of hearing, has issued order. 4. Similar submissions have been made by the learned advocate appearing for the alleged 2 contemnor No. 1 regarding due compliance of the Court’s order as above. 5. On behalf of the petitioner, such contentions of the alleged contemnors are objected to. 6. In terms of the prayer made on behalf of the alleged contemnor No. 1 and 2, leave is granted to them to file affidavits-in-opposition as to the contempt application being CPAN No. 1321 of 2025, within a period of one week from today. 7. Though alleged contemnor No. 3 has remained absent today, similar leave is extended to him for the ends of justice. 8. The petitioner may file affidavit-in-reply within a period of one week, after filing of affidavits-in- opposition by the alleged contemnors as directed above. 9. Let this matter appear in the list one week after the reopening of the Court after the ensuing Puja Vacation and on a day whenever the Court shall sit singly. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
