Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to decide the Case No. T202302030803057 of 2013 (Vijay Krishna and another Vs. Gram Pradhan) filed under Section 144 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously within a period stipulated period, pending in the Court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Meja, District Prayagraj. ii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to decide the objection filed by the petitioner dated 07.10.2023 within a stipulated period to meet the ends of justice." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Case No. T202302030803057 of 2013 (Vijay Krishna and another Vs. Gram Pradhan) filed under Section 144 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and objection filed by the petitioner dated 07.10.2023 are pending consideration before the respondent no.3. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that case and objection of petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the Case No. T202302030803057 of 2013 (Vijay Krishna and another Vs. Gram Pradhan) filed under Section 144 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and objection filed by the petitioner dated 07.10.2023 be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
