The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ .... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not initiating any action upon the complaint, dt.15.08.2020 and representation, dt.20-08-2020 submitted by the petitioners as arbitrary, illegal and violation of Articles 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to initiate appropriate action against the 5th/6th respondent based on the complaint, dt.15-08-2020 86 representation, dt.20-08-2020 given by the petitioners and pass ....”
