Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Borio (J) P.S. Case No. 313 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 179 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj. 3. On 03.10.2023, the petitioners along with co-accused persons had assaulted one Ajay Singh @ Lulha. There was dispute over consuming of liquor between the parties. Later on, petitioners along with co-accused persons again came to the place of occurrence and one Panda Singh shot the husband of the informant Shankar Turi, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that as far as the present petitioners are concerned, the only against them is that they were present at the place of occurrence. There is no allegation of overt act against them. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Guddu Singh has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 3332 of 2024 by order dated 13.05.2024. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj, in connection with Borio (J) P.S.
