The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief (s) : “10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the State Official particularly the respondent No.1 & 7 to take appropriate preventive punitive measure to curb the malpractices adopted by the private respondents, which includes social boycott. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to initiate adequate steps to ensure the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sakti Vahini Vs. Union of India 10.3 That the Hon'ble Court further pleased to grant such other relief(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the State would submit that the pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner, a case under Section 107 and 116(3) of Cr.P.C. was registered against the private respondents. He would further submit that subsequently, the petitioner and the private respondents entered into compromise and the copy of settlement is placed on record. 3. Taking into consideration the fact that the proper action was taken against the private respondents and the parties have settled their dispute, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
