Revenue Code Shiv Nath Versus Nathun Kumar, Mauja- Manpur, Pargana-Kopacheet, Tehsil and District-Ballia, pending in the court of Tehsildar (Judicial) Ballia within the specified period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Case No.436/T202415090315200 Under Section 34 U.P. Revenue Code Shiv Nath Versus Nathun Kumar, Mauja-Manpur, Pargana- Kopacheet, Tehsil and District-Ballia, is pending consideration before the respondent no.2. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that case of petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the Case No.436/T202415090315200 Under Section 34 U.P.
