Case No.27/2024, registered for the alleged offence under Sections 323/420/467/468/469,471/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M. at Khunti. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the agreement for purchase of land was entered between the informant and the petitioner in the year 2013, whereas, the complaint case has been filed in the year 2023 after lapse of 10 years. He submits that even the land has been registered in the name of the informant and, thereafter, 4 decimals of land has been sold by the informant to another person and now the allegations are made that Gair Majarua land has been sold to the informant. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations of selling Gair Majarua land are there. 4. Considering that the agreement is of the year 2013 and the complaint case has been filed in the year 2023 and further considering that the said land was also mutated and subsequently, the informant has further sold 4 decimals of land out of purchased land to another person and in the attending ( 2025:JHHC:21979 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 4109 of 2025 facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. at Khunti in connection with Complain Case No.134/2023 (Torpa P.S. Case No27/2024), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 6. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
