When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the convict prisoner Shaik Dawood (C.P.No.616213), son of Mahamad Macthum, aged about 57 years has already been released vide proceedings No.25429/Ta.Ku.2/2024, dated 20.11.2025 and hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
