Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Daru P.S. Case No. 45 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 64 and 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sri Vivek Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. On 08.02.2025 at about 11.00-12.00 pm, the petitioner is alleged to have entered the house of the prosecutrix and committed rape upon her. Victim is Gotani of his sister. 4. It was submitted that the victim was having sexual relationship with the petitioner and the victim has denied for her medical examination. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. 6. Learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
