Mr. Mukherjee, learned Advocate representing the respondent nos. 1 and 2, the registered company, submits that challenging the action of the concerned respondent in deactivating the Director Identification Number (DIN) for the period starting from 2018 to 2023, the present writ-petition has been preferred. 3. He submits that the order, by which the DIN was deactivated, has lost its force by passage of time and the writ-petition has become infrucutuous. 4.
