ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.01.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b) (ii) (C), 21 (C), 23(C), 25, 27A, 28 and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985 in C.C.No.273 of 2025 on the file of the II Additional District Judge (NDPS ACT), Madurai, seeks bail. 2. This Court had earlier granted interim bail to the petitioner on condition that he shall surrender before the respondent on 20.11.2025. 3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner has complied with the said condition and surrendered before the respondent police. 4.
