He also made an endorsement to that effect. However, he would submit that the petitioners 2 and 3 are aged persons and their appearance before the trial Court may be dispensed with. 2. Considering the above this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The personal appearance of the petitioners 2 and 3 before the trial Court is dispensed with on all hearing dates except when their presence is required for the progress of the trial.
