P.P. 02/08.08.2025 :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 99 of 2024, registered under sections 379, 411, 414 of the I.P.C., Rule 54 of J.M.M.C Rules, 2004, Section 21 (1) & 21 (5) of Mines & Minerals Act and Section 33, 41, 42 of the Indian Forest Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M, Koderma. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2025 and the allegation is made that business of mica was being done illegally. He submits that one of the co- accused has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 2673/2025. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegation of illegal transportation of mica is there. 5. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2025 and one of the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 2673/2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Koderma, in connection with Telaiya P.S.
