2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pakuria P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 103(1), 238 read with section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri V.K. Das, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Pakur.
3. On 17.05.2025, son of the Informant went missing. On 19.05.2025, his dead body was found near Khaksa Hill. Suspicion has been raised against the accused Tabisun Bibi that she might have hand in disappearance of the son of the Informant as she had threatened him of dire consequences earlier. During the course of investigation, petitioner and Tabisun Bibi were apprehended and they confessed their guilt.
4. Mr. Gautam Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record.
5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri V.K. Das, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Pakur in connection with Pakuria P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025.
