This is second writ petition moved on behalf of the petitioners. The first writ petition being Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 17646 of 2024 (Smt. Manju Devi and 3 others Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others), has already been dismissed by this Court on merits, vide order dated 30.09.2024. 3. In view of the above, we are of the opinion that there is no occasion to file this second writ petition on the same ground, which infact is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed.
