Ms. Maheshwari Sharma, Advocate, for the respondents. While placing on record communication dated 02.09.2025, issued under the signatures of competent authority, thereby requesting the Chief Manager, Union Bank of India, The Mall, Shimla, to transfer sum of 11,89,560/- into the Bank Account of the petitioner, ₹ learned counsel representing the respondent-Corporation states that sum of 11,89,560/-, through RTGS, has been ₹ credited in the Bank Account of petitioner on account of gratuity and leave encashment. She states that now, save and except interest, nothing remains to be paid to the petitioner. She further states that in any eventuality, interest shall be paid within a period of four weeks. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same is disposed of, with the direction to respondents to ensure that balance payment, if any, on account of interest, shall be paid within a period of four weeks, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to get the execution petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards the implementation of the order/judgment.
