ORDER:-
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent Nos.4 and 5 are calling the petitioner to the police station, though the petitioner is not involved in any crime.
2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the respondent Nos.4 and 5 are not interfering with the peace of the petitioner.
3. Be that as it may, there shall be a direction to respondent Nos.4 and 5 not to disturb the peace of the petitioner or repeatedly call the petitioner to the Police Station without following due process of law. In the event the Investigating Officer needs to record the statement of the petitioner, the petitioner being a Senior citizen, the statements, if any, which are required shall be recorded in the house of the petitioner by duly issuing adequate notice.
4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off. No costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
