Case No. 05 of 2025 corresponding to Cyber P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 111(2) (ii), 317(2), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 66(B), 66(C) & 66(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum- Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi. 3. On 09.01.2025, at about 03:00 p.m., Cyber Police, Ranchi, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in a semi constructed house at Pathrol, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner along with co-accused persons. On search, three mobile phones are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2025. It was further submitted that similarly situated several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court earlier. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi in connection with Cyber Crime P.S.
