It is the case of the petitioner that a show cause notice was issued to 2. her alleging certain allegations. In pursuance to the show cause notice, the rd petitioner submitted her explanation and after considering the same, the 3 respondent passed order dated 29.01.2025, whereby and where under cancelled the authorization of the petitioner’s fair price shop. Assailing the correctness of the said order, the petitioner claims that she filed an appeal nd respondent and the same is pending adjudication. It is the before the 2 further case of the petitioner that despite the fact that, appeal was filed during the month of February, 2025, the 2'^'^ respondent did not take any steps to disposed of the same. Having considered the submissions made by both the learned counsel, I this Court feels that it is appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition by directing the 2^^ respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.
