The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No.101 of 2025, for the offence registered under sections 115(2)/117(2)/ 109/303(2)/35192)/352/3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, at Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons of assault. He further submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated and there is direct allegations of assault by one Abhishek Gupta and the allegations is not against this petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the State submits that grievous injury is not found upon the informant. 5. From the FIR it transpires that there is direct allegations upon one Abhishek Gupta and pursuant to that the injury was received by the informant and there is no allegation against the petitioner, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, at Bokaro, in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No.101 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS). ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) SI/
