Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is not being allowed to discharge duties as Office Subordinate. 4. Refuting aforesaid submission, learned Standing Counsel placed on record written instructions dated 23.06.2025, inter alia stating that petitioner is absenting to duties on his own and not on account of the respondents not allowing to discharge his duties and if petitioner intends to attend to duties, the respondents have no objection to allow him. It is stated that based on certain allegations, petitioner issued show cause notice dated 14.05.2025, for which explanation has been offered on 20.05.2025 and that inquiry is going on. was 6.
