Heard counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that a revision filed against an appellate order passed by the Commissioner, Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj in Case No. 2014 of 2024 (M/S Vindhya Construction Company Vs. Ziladhikari Prayagraj and others) is pending consideration before the State Government. The revision has been entertained but the stay application has been rejected and a recovery citation has also been issued. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of the instructions received states that the next date fixed in the revision is 2.4.2025. He submits that the matter shall be decided either on the next date fixed or, positively, by 15.4.2025. 4. Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the revisional authority may endeavour to decide the revision preferably on the next date fixed or by 15.4.2025, after hearing all necessary parties. It shall also be open for the revisional authority to proceed to hear the matter on day-to- day basis to pass final order within time specified aforesaid. 5. It is also provided that till a decision of the revision, no coercive steps for implementation of the orders impugned in the writ petition be taken against the petitioner.
