--- 03/04.09.2025 All these Bail Applications arise out of same police case. Accordingly, all these Bail Applications are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties.
The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Jariyagarh P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 308(4)/3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Khunti. During the intervening period of 24.12.2024 to 29.12.2024, co- accused Durga Singh is alleged to have demanded Rs.10 lakhs as extortion money from the informant.

It was submitted that name of the petitioners has transpired in confession of co-accused Durga Singh. It was further submitted that no money was transferred to the accused persons. Learned A.P.Ps. have opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khunti, in connection with Jariyagarh P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025.
