The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lohsinghna P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 304, 3(5) & 317(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Miss Avanika Gautam, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag. On 23.02.2025 at about 7:30 p.m., petitioner alongwith co-accused persons were apprehended at the spot, while attempting to snatch the chain of the informant. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State submitted that petitionetr is an accused in other cases of similar nature. Considering the nature of offence and the fact that petitioner has got criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
