Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 27.6.2024 passed by respondent no. 3 and impugned appellate order dated 30.8.2024 passed by respondent (Annexure petition). no. 8 and 9 to no. this writ 2 в. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding directing the respondents restraining MSSinterfering them in peaceful possession from of petitioner in any manner in the interest" 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the appellate order passed in proceedings under Section 38(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, there is an alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy, as available to him, under the law.
