Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the recommendation has already been made for compassionate appointment and sent to the Addl. Secretary, Uttarakhand Transport Corporation for approval which is pending for consideration. 5. Respondents are directed to decide the application of the petitioner in the light of the recommendation made by the respondent which was sent for approval to the Addl. Secretary within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.
