Heard, learned counsel for the parties. 1. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that as per the direction passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 1436 of 2025, the representation filed by the petitioners has been disposed of by the Circle Officer, Baghmara, Dhanbad. However, disposal is not as per the law and as directed by this Court, rather the Circle Officer in the said order has questioned the order passed by the Division Bench in L.P.A. by stating that corrects facts were not placed before it. 2. It has however been admitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that order passed by the Circle Officer has been assailed in the Writ Petition being W.P.(C) No. 6797 of 2025. 3. In view of the fact that direction of this Court was to dispose of the representation and the same has been disposed of and the order under contempt is complied with, the instant contempt proceeding is accordingly dropped.
