The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hiranpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2025, for the offence under Section 309(4) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of Shri Vishal Majhee, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pakur. On 29.05.2025 at about 03.15 pm, the informant was waylaid by the petitioner and some unknown persons near Village -Asanjola. The accused persons looted Rs. 6,45,000/- in cash from the informant. The petitioner was identified by the informant as one of the robbers. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
