ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following reliefs:-
"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents are trying to remove/modify the names of the petitioners in online entries/web land records with respect to the properties i.e., Ac. 6.80 cents in R.S.N0.23-1-B and Ac.8.60 cents in R.S.No.3-1, Ac.3.92 cents in R.S.No.4-6 and Ac. 3.22 cents in R.S.No.22-2A which is situated at Chintalapadu Village, Tiruvuru Division, Tiruvuru Mandal, NTR District without issuing any notice and without following due process of law is illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, contrary and violation of principle of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents not to made any changes in online entries and Revenue Records with respect to petitioners’ property without following due process of law and pass such other order. ”

learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the 1 St petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.2.56 cents in R.S.No.23-1A, Ac.6.80 cents in R.S.No.23-1-B and Ac.0.54 cents in R.S.No.24-2A5 situated at Chintalapadu Village, Tiruvuru Division. Tiruvuru Mandal, NTR District, having acquired the same from his father. The 2"^^ petitioner is the absolute owner of the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.8.60 cents in R.S.No.3-1, Ac.3.92 cents in R.S.No.4-6 and
3 Ac.3.22 cents in R.S.No.22-2A situated at Chintalapadu Village, Tiruvuru Division, Tiruvuru Mandal, NTR District. While things stood thus, on the guise of resurvey, respondents are taking steps to delete the names of the petitioners from the revenue records, without following due process of law and without observing the principles of natural justice. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 4. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for the respondents furnished written instructions dated 22.06.2025 issued by the 4**^ respondent, wherein it is stated as follows;
“As per available revenue records, the claimed land to an extent of Ac. 8.60 cents in R.S.No.3-1, Ac. 3.92 cents in R.S.No.4-6, Ac. 3.22 cents in R.S.No.22-2A, Ac. 6.80 cents in R.S.No.23-1B of Chinthalapadu Village of Tiruvuru Mandal belongs to Sri Banka Mohana Rao, S/o.Narasaiah & Smt. Banka Manikyam, W/o. MOhana Rao and they possesses pattadar pass book for the same. Further, as per FLR, the total extent of R.S.No.23-1 B is recorded as Ac.0.82 cents, but in webland Adangal it is wrongly recorded as Ac. 6.80cents. But that land is not under cultivation of the petitioner Sri Banka Mohana Rao. Currently, resurvey is being conducted in Chintalapadu Village. It was submitted that the details of the lands in the survey numbers given by the petitioners have not been changed in webland adangal till now, the names of

As submitted above, as per the fair land register of the Chintalapadu Village the total extent of RS.No.23-1B is noted as Ac.0.82 cents. Whereas the petitioners erroneously obtained pattadar pass book for an extent of Ac.6.80 cents in said RS.No.23-1B which is to be corrected due procedure, moreover the petitioners are not in possession of the land. Hence, necessary further action will be taken according to law.”

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and on perusal of the written instructions submitted by the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the 4'^ respondent to consider the claim of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders by following due process of law and by observing principles of natural justice. 6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel miscellaneous application, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
