The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chirkunda P.S. Case No. 41 of 2023, registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 354, 395, 436, 427, 452 and 120(B) of I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons who are 49 in numbers. He submits that there is case and counter-case between the parties. He further submits that prior to this case, the petitioners side has already lodged case being Chirkunda P.S. Case No. 40 of 2023 against the relatives of the informant. He submits that in identical situation co- accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No. 3102 of 2024 vide order dated 13.09.2024. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegation are there. 5. Considering that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and in identical situation co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No. 3102 of 2024 vide order dated 13.09.2024, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners above named, are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Chirkunda P.S.
