The said memo, dated 13.8.2025, is placed on record. 2. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, states that the appellant was already released vide G.O.Ms.No.121, Home (Paroles & HRC) 2 Department, dated 14.8.2022. He also produced the G.O. along with Annexure-I, evidencing that the appellant was released by granting remission. The appellant’s name stood at Sl.No.91 in the said Annexure. 3. In view of the release of the appellant, this Criminal Appeal is closed as no orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Appeal, as she had already served the sentence and had been released from jail.
