Mishra, A.P.P. --- 03 / 22.09.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 79 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. 3. On 02.03.2025, autorickshaw of the Informant was stolen by unknown persons. During the course of investigation, stolen autorickshaw was recovered from the possession of co-accused on the basis of joint confession of this petitioner and co-accused. 4. It was submitted that the co-accused persons, on whose joint confession stolen autorickshaw was recovered, have been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Telaiya P.S.
