Respondent No.5 has initially filed a counter in the present 2. contempt case, stating that, as there is no budget allocation for release of the salaries to the petitioners, it is difficult to continue the petitioners into service in pursuance of the orders passed by this court. However, today, when the matter came up for hearing 3. Mr.Sambasiva Prasad, learned Additional Advocate General, representing the respondents, furnished the proceedings dated 07.08.2025 of the District Medical and Health Officer, Eluru, Eluru District, through which, the respondents have withdrawn the termination proceedings dated 31.05.2023, subject to the final outcome of the main writ petition, which is, in fact, in compliance with the orders passed by this Court. In view of the same, this Court is of the opinion that no contempt 4. lies in the present case. 4 VS,J C.C.No.3125 of 2024 Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
