Thereafter, it is stated that the petitioner's father had borrowed from one Kaliamurthy by mortgaging the above property. A suit was filed by the lender against the petitioner and his family members. The counterclaim for recovery of possession was decreed and the petitioner took possession pursuant to the orders in E.P.No.5 of 2019. Thereafter, the present Writ Petition has been filed after filing an online application on 19.08.2025 for grant of patta. 2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that an inquiry would be conducted after issuing notice to all interested parties and a speaking order would be issued within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.
