Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 03.03.2025, on credible information, the Sub-Inspector of Police, along with his staff and mediators, proceeded to Narsipatham road and caught the accused in possession of 22 KGs of Ganja. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein/A2. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
