The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mandar P.S. Case No. 25/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1152/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 392 & 411 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri D. N. Shukla, learned J.M., Ranchi. 3. On 11.02.2023, three unknown persons entered into the jewellery shop of the informant and on pistol point, looted jewelleries from there. 4. It appears that the petitioner was apprehended and he was put on T.I. Parade. It further appears that the petitioner was identified in the T.I. Parade.It also appears that some of the looted articles, which were recovered from the possession of the petitioner, were identified in the T.I. Parade. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
