Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hiranpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 309 (4) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pakur. 3. On 29.05.2025 at about 03.15 pm, the informant was waylaid by the named accused persons and some unknown accused persons near Village -Asanjola. The accused persons looted cash of Rs. 6,45,000/- from the informant. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor he was put on test identification parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material available on record against the petitioner, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pakur, in connection with Hiranpur P.S.
