Cr.MP No. 3134 of 2025 The present application has been filed for extension of interim bail granted by this Court on 18th July, 2025. It is apparent from the order that the petitioner had specifically asserted that he had to perform the last rites of his father as per Hindu rites and customs; therefore, interim bail w.e.f. 19th July, 2025 till 22nd July, 2025 has been granted based upon the representation, so made by the petitioner. The date of hearing of the case before the learned Trial Court is also fixed on 25th July, 2025. The extension of interim bail to the petitioner would cause prejudice to the upcoming date of hearing and also cause inconvenience to the prosecution witnesses. In view of above, extension of interim bail cannot be granted and the police authorities are directed to bring him back to the jail as per order dated 18th July, 2025.
