The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bistupur P..S. Case No. 195 of 2024, registered under sections 467, 468 and 471 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2025. He submits that petitioner is ward secretary in TMH hospital and allegation is made that on the fake identity treatment was arranged by the petitioner in the said hospital and he has collected money from those persons. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegation of forgery is there. 5. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2025 and he is said to be ward secretary in TMH hospital and he has arranged treatment of some persons on fake identity and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 19 of the petition, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, in connection with Bistupur P..S.
