No.15153 of 2025 PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14050 of 2025 dated 25.08.2025 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders and thus render justice. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that except the 5th petitioner all other petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that 5th petitioner / accused complied with the condition only for 10 days and hence, he vehemently opposed for granting relaxation of the condition to the 5th petitioner. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that 5th petitioner is a student and hence, he is not able to comply with the condition regularly. 4.
