The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No.310 of 2019 corresponding to S.T. Case No.446 of 2022, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 326, 302 and 34 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned AJC-VII-cum-Special Judge, CBI – II (AHD), Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the FIR allegation against the petitioner is made that the petitioner happened to be the second wife of Nirmal Saw and apart from that there is no allegation against the petitioner. He further submits that the allegation of putting kerosene oil and blazing fire on the body of the deceased is against Nirmal Saw and apart from that there is nothing against the petitioner. 2025:JHHC:29323 --2-- A.B.A. No. 4228 of 2025 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioner is the second wife of Nirmal Saw. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR it transpires that the allegation of putting kerosene oil and blazing the fire is upon Nirmal Saw and the petitioner is said to be the second wife of Nirmal Saw and apart from that there is nothing against the petitioner, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned AJC-VII-cum- Special Judge, CBI – II (AHD), Ranchi in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No.310 of 2019 corresponding to S.T. Case No.446 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.)
