Sanjeeva Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, Sri Panku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Sri P. Chaitanya, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Y. Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat. 2. Sri P. Chaitanya, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Y. Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Panchayat Secretary of Tallapuram Grampanchayat, dated 20.06.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The said Written Instructions would indicate as follows: i. No steps have been initiated for laying road in the land belonging to the Writ Petitioner. ii. Gram Panchayat has not issued any Notice. iii. The Tahsildar of Ungutur Mandal has not issued any Survey Report. iv. No Proceedings has been initiated for Land Acquisition as per G.O.Ms.No.188. 4. Having regard to the above-mentioned contents of the Written Instructions, this Court is of the view that the Respondents are not contemplating any coercive action for laying the road on the Petitioner’s land for the time being. 5. In this view of the matter, no further consideration is necessary. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Written Instructions. No order as to costs. 7. Needless to state that if any coercive step is sought to be initiated, the Respondent Officials are statutorily obligated to follow the due process of law. 3 8.
