The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Jamtara PS Case No. 58 of 2025, registered for the offence under Section 317(4) of B.N.S. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a handicapped person and he walks up with the help of artificial leg. He submits that the petitioner has neither stolen any motorcycle nor any theft motorcycle was recovered from his possession. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2025 as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara PS Case No. 58 of 2025. 2025:JHHC:23056 2 6. It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial Court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall cooperate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this petitioner, learned trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this petitioner.
