Petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs :- Digitally signed by AVANISH KUMAR PATHAK Date: 2025.07.30 17:35:29 +0530 2 “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to grant the benefit of one annual increment to the last salary of petitioner for the purpose of quantifying pension and other retiral dues. 10.2 Any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the petitioner wants to file representation before the respondent/authorities for redressal of his grievance as the same has not been filed yet. Therefore, this petition may be disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to allow the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. On due consideration, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to him to file representation raising his grievances, as raised in this petition, along with a copy of this order and all necessary documents, before the respondents/ competent authority, within 15 days from today and on such representation being filed by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with rules / circulars covering the filed, within a further period of 60 days. 5.
