This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 in registering F.I.R. No.303 of 2020 and calling the Petitioners to the Police Station and pressurizing them to settle the civil disputes pending in O.S. No 91 of 2016 on the file of Prl. District Judge, YSR District for recovery of the amount and pressurizing to repay the suit amount as illegal, arbitrary, violation of Principles of Natural Justice and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set-aside the F.I.R. and direct the Respondent No.3 not to interfere into the personal life and liberty of the Petitioners…”

When the matter is taking up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that in compliance with the orders passed by this Court in I.A.No.02 of 2020 dated 22.10.2020, the police have duly issued notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C against the petitioner. 4. The learned counsel for the unofficial respondent would submit that a civil suit is pending between the parties and in the meanwhile, the matter has been settled between them. 5
