The petitioner is running a RO Plant by drawing water from a Bore Well. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has placed on record the instructions received from District Magistrate- Gautam Buddh Nagar, according to which the petitioner does not have any permission for running the Bore Well which is of four inch diametre nor for operating the RO Plant. 4. Sri Anand Kumar Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri S.P. Tiwari, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to enable the petitioner to obtain necessary approvals. 5.
