The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jagarnathpur P.S. Case No. 251 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1724/2024, for the offences registered under sections 420/406/467/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Mayank Maliaz, learned J.M.F.C-IX, Ranchi. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 8350/2024 by order dated 20.12.2024. 4. During the intervening period between 20.03.2024 to 20.04.2024, co-accused person is alleged to have fraudulently transferred Rs. 20,21,000/- from the account of Aunt of the Informant to the account of this petitioner. 5. It was submitted that only allegation against this petitioner is that petitioner has allowed the main accused persons to use his bank account. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2024. It was also submitted that co-accused person has been granted bail by this Court earlier. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Mayank Maliaz, learned J.M.F.C-IX, Ranchi or his successor in connection with Jagarnathpur P.S.
