This bail application has been filed on behalf of Belal Ansari who is in custody since 03.06.2025 in connection with Lower Bazar P.S. Case No. 337 of 2024 for the offence registered under Section 310(2) of the BNS pending in the Court of J.M.F.C., Ranchi, is pressed into motion. Earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was allowed vide order dated 10.03.2023 passed in A.B.A. No. 1578 of 2025 by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on the condition of depositing Rs. 25,000/- cash. As he could not deposit the cash, he was taken into custody. Similarly situated co-accused namely Md. Rashid has already been granted bail in B.A. No. 4528 of 2025 vide order dated 05.06.2025. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that this petitioner was not put on TIP and is languishing in custody since 03.06.2025 and charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
